SELMA SIS allows students to enrol in courses and programmes online, streamlining the enrolment process. It features online forms, course selection, elective units, document uploads, and fee payment options. Administrators can build and maintain forms in SELMA and manage submissions in real time.

This module manages relationships with external organisations such as industry partners, accrediting bodies, and employers. It stores contact information and facilitates ongoing communication. Event logs exist for both organisations and contacts to track any engangement over time and store communications sent from SELMA SIS.

SELMA SIS integrates financial functions such as invoicing, fee payments, financial aid, and scholarships. Students can view their financial obligations and make payments online, while administrators can monitor payments and outstanding balances. Using the payment gateway, students can make progress payments and/or pay online by credit card. Unlimited price books can be greated to template different pricing models for different study pathways or students.

SELMA SIS has partnered with payrix for integrated payment processing, allowing students to pay fees online for enrolments, courses, and other services. It supports payment tracking and reconciliation, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. The system also provides students and administrators with easy access to payment histories and outstanding balances, improving transparency and reducing administrative workloads.
